How do I log in to the webinar?
Your log in instructions will be sent to you via email from firstname.lastname@example.org 10 days, five days and one day before the webinar. Please watch for this email and make sure to whitelist this email address. If you do not receive the email, please contact us at email@example.com or call 800-274-9390.
You may begin logging in 15 minutes prior to the start time of your webinar. We encourage you to connect as early as possible to avoid delays with the large number of attendees.
Make sure that the volume on your computer speakers is turned up. The audio for the webinar will stream over the internet through your speakers.
Click here to test your computer's capabilities before you log into the live event to make sure that your computer is properly set up to view the webinar. You will also find a "Browser Test" link on your reminder emails.
It is recommended that you use a high speed/broadband Internet connect (Wi-Fi is not recommended), a PC with Windows and Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your web browser. If you are using a Mac, please use the Safari web browser. Please refer to the Technical Support Document for additional troubleshooting steps.
